The School
CBC Fremantle is one of Western Australia's leading Catholic boys schools, located in Fremantle, just south of Perth. Their motto - "Today's boys... tomorrow's gentlemen." - isn't just something that lives on the website. It shapes everything about the place.
So when it came to fitting out their outdoor courtyard, a standard table wasn't going to cut it.
The Brief
Three PONGO Kustom Permanents. Fully custom design. Delivered and installed in Perth, WA.
Make them feel like CBC. Make them last.
Challenge accepted.
The Design
Every Kustom starts with the PONGO Permanent - our commercial-grade, 100% aluminium outdoor ping pong table, built for schools, parks, councils and anywhere else that needs something that'll survive decades of daily use without rusting, warping, or giving up.
Then the real work begins.
Finish: Dulux Monument powdercoat - a deep, textured charcoal that looks premium without screaming about it. Built to handle the West Australian sun and whatever a few hundred teenage boys throw at it.
Laser cutting: "CBC" cut precisely into the aluminium net. Clean, permanent, unmistakable.
The detail that makes it: Across the angled side panels of each table, their school motto is laser cut directly into the metal —
"Today's boys... tomorrow's gentlemen."
Not printed. Not applied. Cut in. Because some things should be permanent.
